In 2022, my entry into permaculture began with a highly interesting book by Sepp Holzer. Intuitively, I knew that the conventional way of food production was not sustainable. And so I began to give up all chemical products and now feed my plants exclusively with the help of the nature that surrounds me. In the future, I would like to create gardens that become more or less self-runners after extensive planning. True to the motto: harvesting as garden maintenance.
