I attended the DFW Ham Expo this morning for the 2nd time. Do you want to see how it's grown? Check out my 2022 video

Thoughts on this? If we want new people in Ham Radio, how should we act online? If folks aren't licensed then they probably don't know what listening to the airwaves is like, all they see is our behavior online.
Being a good ambassador of Amateur Radio is important, no matter where you are. I find that most people are polite on the air. Sure, there are trolls and grumpy guys out there, but you usually know where to find them, so they're easy to avoid.
We need to make sure we're putting out the right attitude about our hobby to people who aren't talking with us on the air. #hamradio

I help people Grow with Amateur Radio
Hi, my name is Jason, callsign KC5HWB, and I've created this channel to talk about everything that is new in Ham Radio. I review new radios, new products and new modes for the modern ham operator.
I have been a licensed ham radio operator since 1994 and I enjoy teaching others about the hobby and showing how fun it can be.
73 and thanks for watching.
