Great show & amazing competitors. This would not have been possible without the support of my friends and family back home. And not forgetting my girlfriend that helped me through the entire process and constantly gave me encouragement especially when I was in severe pain, cause my back decided to cramp up an hour before the show. 😑

It’s been almost 2 years since I last competed and honestly, it was nerve wracking to be on the stage again with all these amazing competitors.

The entire process getting here has not been easy as my country is still in a lockdown, hence it was almost impossible to travel out. Thanks to the support I’ve received this has been possible. I’m gonna continue to work hard and do my best in the next competition in Milan, Italy 🇮🇹

Hi, I'm Terrence Teo and welcome to my channel. I'm an IFBB Pro Men's Physique athlete. I started training 15 years ago and began competing at a professional level from 2013. Since then I've competed in over 14 bodybuilding competitions worldwide from U.S.A. to Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Some of my highlights include holding the title as a 7x World Physique Champion under the Muslemania Universe and Musclemania America.
