Working out is something I look forward to every day. It makes me feel energetic, strong, and confident. I especially love to set fitness goals for myself and work toward them. Two years ago, I conceived the notion that I could beat the women's world record for most pull ups in one minute (it was 34 at the time). And after 8 months of daily pull up training, I did!

I'm not a professional athlete, I've never worked with a personal trainer, I don't use steroids. I'm a 36 year old happily married mother of two with a full time job as a speech pathologist. I work out at 5:45am before work. Every day, weekends too. More than anything, I want to inspire you to do the same. If you set your mind to it, and are consistent and dedicated, it is astounding what your body is capable of.
