So, you want to start a YouTube channel, but you are afraid to put your face on camera.
What I want you to know is that you don't have to.
One of the newest trends on YouTube is faceless channels. These are when you create videos without showing your face. You could present a PowerPoint, a podcast, or a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) video.
Though faceless videos are a new trend, I, along with other YouTube creators, have been creating them for years. In fact, that's the primary content on my channel.
On my faceless channel, I make how-to screen recordings. I show people how to use social media platforms without showing my face while I'm talking.
YouTube is a platform where most people are there to learn or be entertained. Unless you're in an industry like fashion, they don’t care if they ever see you.
Also, YouTube has the best community of all the platforms. If you record informative content, they will absolutely support you—and your videos don't even have to be perfect.
