The late actress Kim Sae Ron's aunt gave an interview to a controversial YouTube channel, Garosero Research Institute and claims that her niece and Kim Soo-Hyun had dated before for 6 years, when she was only 15 and KSH was 27, and broke up in 2022 after the DUI incident.
- that the aunt is blaming KSH for her death
- that her niece helped KSH's set-up his new management Gold Medalist for free by providing acting lessons to his talents
- that the management paid the damages for her DUI accident without asking her to pay at first and KSR was grateful and still promise to pay him back.
- but in 2024, KSR got surprised when she received a notice from Gold Medalist asking her to pay the money that they have paid for the damages amounting to $483k. That KSR has tried to contact KSH multiple times, and also tried to use her cousin's number but still KSH is unreachable
- The aunt alleged that, at this point in time—when K-Drama Queen of Tears was airing, the late actress opted to post the picture of her and KSH on Instagram, hoping to spark a reaction from him and have him call her back.
-The aunt claimed, “Not being able to pay back the ₩700 million KRW (about $483,000 USD), KSR was struggling financially” and died by suicide on KSH’s birthday.
-She added that the bereaved family has plenty of proof (pictures) of the late actress’s six-year relationship with the actor that, via Garosero Research Institute, they will share with the world.
