🧠When you're in the middle of pain, real pain — you can't think straight. Your brain goes into survival mode. It screams at you to stop, to hide, to back down. The One Second Decision is about grabbing that one sliver of awareness in the chaos and taking control. It’s a muscle — you train it by not folding. The more often you win that one second, the more control you have over your life. That second determines everything: whether you keep moving, whether you push through, whether you finish what you started.

🧠Your mind will scream that you're finished, but that’s a lie. At 40%, you still have more than half of your tank left — physically, mentally, emotionally. The 40% rule isn’t about ignoring pain; it’s about recognizing that your threshold for pain, boredom, fear, and fatigue is way lower than your true capacity. The moment you want to give up is the moment you need to stay in the fight. That’s when growth begins. You don’t get stronger by doing things when they’re easy — you level up by doing it when every part of you wants to walk away.
