Uploading material, primarily from terrestrial UK television (BBC 1 and 2, ITV and regional pre-decessors, Channel 4 and 5), captured from VHS tapes.
The material uploaded will be exclusively non-commercial, for example live broadcasts and television continuity. I will have investigated each upload to ensure that the material has never been commercially released, or the copyright exploited in any other way. In some cases, it may not be that a record of the material is held anywhere, not even by the original broadcaster.
By this, I hope to contribute to the effort to preserve media from days gone by.
