My dad and I do projects almost every weekend. We fix fence. We make homemade mustang wine. We repair trucks, four-wheelers, tractors, small engines. We build deer blinds and feeders. We homestead on 4 pieces of property throughout South Texas. We hunt and fish. We butcher. We make dry sausage like the settlers did - sometimes with their original equipment.

The old timer: A master plumber with 35+ years of experience, including owning his own business and running major corporate and government construction projects. A jack of all trades including mechanic, carpenter, electrician, mason, welder, heavy equipment operator, hunter, outdoor enthusiast.
