I'm back! Sadly my hard drive died and took many things with it; the Diablo 2 Resurrected character and Notes From Province save file included. The D2R series was doing really well though, even the awkward character rebuild videos with relaxing music over a cacophony of demon death cries to my extreme surprise lol
So I will definitely get back in to it and finish that series as soon as I can!
Notes From Province was pretty fun too, so for the couple of people that might care about seeing the end of it, don't worry. I shall restart it and get back to about where I was when we left off.

Pictured below: My actual real life reaction to finding my hard drive on death's door this morning. That's right, I've actually been a smol cat this whole time.
I can't even play a video file right now, so definitely no running a game and recording for YouTube unfortunately.
It looks like it'll take 2 to 3 weeks for a new one to get shipped to me, so I'll be on hiatus until I manage to get one and get everything reinstalled and all that.

No video today. With the results of the last poll + the fact I was struggling to keep up with the schedule I had going for Jan anyway, I'll be trying out a 3 video per week schedule for a while. It'll just be the longplay videos on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during this time!

I'm curious about people's preferences for the more typical 1hr videos vs the (usually) 3hr+ 'longplay' videos. Which do you like better? Should I keep a mix of both or focus more on one?

First of all, thank you so much to everyone that has been watching the FFXIV Longplay series so far! They're getting far more views than most of my stuff usually does (I'm curious if it's the longplay or FFXIV aspect playing a bigger role?), so seeing that was a wonderful mood boost I desperately needed.
Secondly, I am sad to say that series will be on break for this week. I will do my best to get new episodes uploaded on the 16th, 18th, and 20th! Unfortunately those video files are chonky and take 24hr+ to upload each one. Also life has been extra rude to me lately, so motivation to play through a story has kinda been at an all time low.
INSTEAD, I've been relieving some stress by mindlessly murdering the minions of Hell in Diablo 2 Resurrected. So that will be this week's featured longplay series!
I'm sure most people haven't read all of this, so a little secret for the few who have:
I'm also beginning to record a Terraria longplay series with relaxing BGM. It is on the new 1.4.4 Zenith seed and legendary difficulty though, so prepare for a lot of death!

Well a large tree fell on my shitty old cabin in the mountains this morning. This is the second time this year alone... Really starting to think nature doesn't like me as much as I like it.
Thankfully it didn't knock out the power, but it did shatter a sky light. The high for today is -3, with plenty of snow on the way and a wind chill warning saying it'll be going down to -30 with winds up to 60mph tonight. Soooo, the Notes from Province videos will be delayed a little while. I've got Cozy Grove videos already uploaded and scheduled to release all month though. o/ Happy holidays, I'll see you all after New Years!
