1 month ago today was the darkest point in my life. One month ago today I was at my lowest. One month ago today I was sitting on the bathroom floor with a razor blade in my hand. One month ago today I thought I wasn’t gonna meet my best friend. One month ago today, I didn’t know if I was going to live past 17. One month ago today, I had blood dripping from my legs.
Today I am one month clean from self harm. Today I am one step closer to finally being OK. Today I wear a safety pin necklace. Today, I’m finally happy. Today I don’t feel the need to hurt myself to feel something. Today, I am proud of myself for making it this far. Today is still difficult just like it was one month ago but today is different because it’s not a cut anymore, It’s just a scar. Today I’m one month clean from self harm.

Story time:
So today me and my mom went to Starbucks to pick up some used coffee grounds for her garden, I decided to get a coffee. I got a caramel frappe, I tasted it and it tasted weird so I went back to see what milk they used because it tasted like an alternative milk. They made me a new one and said I could keep the first one. Little did they know it tasted the same to me, so when we were waiting for the coffee grounds a worker asked if we wanted a free strawberry’s and cream drink because the worker was new and still in training. So we got three drinks and a big trash bag full of coffee grounds all for the price of $5.85. Today is a great day. 😂
