Forever Fit is senior fitness program in Conway Arkansas. This senior fitness program uses chair exercise as its foundation and focuses on muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and balance. As we get older chair exercise becomes a way to maintain health and fitness. Also, these chair exercises help to improve circulation and teach life skills like getting up and down off of the floor.
