Hello!
It’s been a while since I’ve done any content on YouTube due to being busy with band and health stuff over the past several months. But now, since we have reached a lull in band events and I with health issues (thank god), I am trying to get back into doing some online content again. However, the covers that I normally do you are going to see much less of, as I have recently discovered that I enjoy writing music much more than I enjoy playing it. So, you can expect to see a very different direction taken in the content uploaded to this channel in future. Don’t worry, covers (yes, with tabs) will still be a part of the content I upload, just on a less frequent basis. Thank you for those of you who have stuck with me throughout my creative process with art & music and I hope you enjoy what is to come!

Hey everybody! I hope your holidays are going well!
I know I know... I've been quite for the past two months. Let's just say life got... interesting... A LOT has happened over the past two months that caused me to put making videos on the back burner for a bit (something I do often). Most of this is due to being in grad school while simultaneously being a guitarist in two music projects. So apologies to those of you who may have wanted to reach out to me to do original music, but I'm taken. Once I became more involved in these projects, I found myself less and less motivated to do cover videos as I found writing original music to be way more fun.
Having said that, I made the decision at the start of this past semester (August/September) to streamline the content that I create by focusing a lot more on guitar and a lot less on vocals. I appreciate all the positive feedback and requests for me to be in projects as a vocalist, but that's just not me. Don't get me wrong, I love making all the demon noises and singing to catchy choruses, but to me, nothing beats tuning low and chugging slow. That's not to say that I won't be doing covers with vocals anymore. However, you will see a lot less of them. This also goes for video editing, as that tends to take up most of my time. Maybe someday I'll actually stick to a consistent upload schedule and make some really well produced videos, but as a grad student who has to start an internship in the coming semester with a full courseload, I'm afraid I won't be uploading as many videos this year compared to prior years.
However, I really really appreciate those of you who not only take the time to view my content, but subscribe as well. I don't ask people to subscribe to me because I prefer the quality of my content be the reason people subscribe rather than the quantity of videos and requests for people to do so. Hopefully once I'm finished with school, you will be able to see me do more content. What that content will be, hell if I know. But I do know that I will always come back to upload a cover of something metal/deathcore released within the past few years.
Anyways, that's what's been going on in my life and an update of what my plan is going forward. I hope you all had a happy holidays and have a very happy and prosperous 2023!
P.S. Tabs for "UNMASKED" off of Dakro US' Dethmask, Pt. 2 have been completed, so expect a guitar playthrough with tabs within the next week. ;)
