Hi, my name is Julie and I am a 56 year-old woman, navigating this wonderful, over-50 phase of life! I have been in fitness for years, having received certifications as a personal trainer and multiple formats of group fitness. I have spent many years training women one-on-one, in small groups, and teaching classes. I am now excited to share what I have learned about how the body changes after menopause, and help other women find a way to age gracefully and be fabulous!
