This channel is created for the purpose of providing guidance to the potential candidates, intend to join military forces as commissioned officer. The guidance are regarding the selection procedure formulated by military, particularly ISSB related exams & assessment procedures of examiners. Modern trends have emerged globally. So in ISSB selection procedure. Recently EQSQ assessment has been introduced in ISSB test to guage the emotional & social behavior of candidates. Same is not known to most of the students. Therefore a need is felt to acquaint the candidates with modern trends of ISSB selection mechanism. ISSB is specialized subject & can be taught only by military officer who is ISSB qualified with considerable instructional experience. EDC qualified instructor is added advantage. Based on the same, hope this channel would be beneficial to students/candidates in terms of psychological understanding with smart mind & particularly the requirement of ISSB.
