Hello, fellow gamers! Just giving you all an update on the next video, which I'm sadly going to have to delay by another week.
Ordinarily, unless something big gets in the way, I aim to get my videos out every two weeks. The next one is expected tomorrow. However, although it's nearly complete, I'm frankly not happy with the quality of it. I would rather give it a bit more time to polish it up, rather than spit out a poor-quality video that no one's gonna enjoy. I'd like to get more footage recorded, make some corrections to my observations, and sort out the audio levels before I upload. With that in mind, I'm going to delay it until next week so that I can improve upon it.
Apologies for the delay, but it will be worth it.

Do you remember the Noob Plays series I had on this channel? If so, you may have noticed there hasn't been one for a while. That's because I thought - instead of giving y'all just the highlights - it'd be better if ya got the chance to see the whole experience. LIVE!
So I've taken the experience over to Twitch instead. I'm starting to do regular streams on Mondays at 6-8pm GMT. It's my little moment each week where I can just sit down, play a game, and have a natter with viewers.

My first live Noob Plays was last week and I made a start on 3D Dot Game Heroes on PS3. It's a 3D action RPG that's very heavily influenced by the original Legend of Zelda, and it's a lot of fun!! I wanna carry on playing it and reach the end...
...BUT GoldenEye 007 came out today and I wanna stream it. So what dya want to see on Monday? Me carry on with 3DGH or go through the GoldenEye campaign?

SUCCESS!!! The PC is working again!! 🙌🙌🙌
The PSU arrived, I installed it, and the PC is back up and running again. Thank heavens for that! If it turned out to be the CPU and motherboard instead, I would've lost it. Replacing those right now would not be cheap.
I'd gone for a modular PSU this time round, so that I didn't have any leftover wires hanging around after setting it up (the last one had all its leftover wires stuffed into one of the 5.25" drive bays). While it was all open, I took the opportunity to give the PC a little TLC; such as replacing the BIOS battery, cleaning out any dust and debris, and cable managing it all better. I won't notice the difference right now, but it can't hurt in the long term right?
This setback means the next video won't be until next week, but rest assured I've already started working on it again. Hopefully the wait will be worth it.

Arrgh! Why do these things happen at the worst of times? 😢
After a month's well-deserved break, I've been working on my return video recently, aiming for the next one to be published this coming Friday. My PC has been perfectly fine whenever I've jumped onto it over the last few weeks.
But...
Returning to my computer tonight to make some final touches to the next video, it refused to switch on. I'd press the power button and... nothing. Not one peep. After removing everything and using a different power cable, I can only assume the PSU has kicked the bucket. I'm going to order a new one now, but it means sadly I won't be able to release a video this week.
I'm really sorry for this. Hope you understand. I'll keep you all updated on my progress 😔

Hello, fellow gamers!!
Since I started this channel, I've posted over 100 videos, gotten close to 2.2k subscribers, and had over 320k views! The channel wouldn't be anything without you watching and enjoying the content! All of this is done in my own free time (this ain't my day job), just for the love of gaming and getting the British perspective out there, and without taking a single break! Can you believe it??
Which is why, for this Christmas period, I'm gonna be taking a little holiday. Anyone who does video production and editing knows that it can be a slog and eat into your precious time. I've got a lot of things going on this month in my personal life - not to mention preparing for Christmas and sorting presents for my nearest and dearest - so I thought it best to take a breather this month. I think I've earned it.
Not to worry! The channel isn't going anywhere. There just won't be any new videos this month (well actually there's a compilation that I was thinking of putting up in a couple of weeks but that's not gonna be a time killer). I'll be back onto my usual schedule in the New Year with a video coming out in January. I already have plenty of ideas about what it (and the following videos) will be about but, if you have thoughts about what you wanna see going forward in 2023, lemmie know with a comment!
In the meantime, you can still find me on other Social Media gubbins where I'll still be active... since posting a tweet, a photo, or doing a stream, doesn't take a week's worth of evenings to prepare, shoot, and edit. The links to those are below!

Howdy everyone! All my UK subscribers will know we're in the midst of quite a bit of a heat wave at the moment! Heck, it's 33°C (91°F) in the gaming room right now and it's just gone 9pm. It may not sound like a lot to some but to us Brits that's quite hot. It's making editing the next video rather difficult.
Remember when we had that heat wave back in 2019, before we knew what furlough was? I had a bit of fun with that with this video!
