Hi all and welcome to the channel. This channel is dedicated to promoting health, fitness and nutrition. This is a part of our daily lives that we often ignore, often saying I am to busy to train or eat properly. I strongly believe that you can make time as some training can be done in quick short bursts, either at home, garden, park or gym.
Majority of the workouts on this channel can be done at home or in a gym with the need for specialist training equipment at a minimum. We will mainly use kit like Resistance bands, Medicine ball, ABS roller and light weights. All exercises are based on either Calisthenics, Martial arts, HIIT, Compound, Plyometrics etc. We release 1 video a week mainly on a Saturday morning, but aim to increase this as the channel grows.
