Rachell Michelle is a yoga instructor who has been sharing her knowledge and love of yoga around Southern California and social media since 2015. Influenced by her teachers, peers, environment, and students Rachell aims to bring a sense of empowerment to each of her classes. Through intention, pranayama, and asana, her goal is to have students leave each class feeling refreshed and renewed.
Rachell has been practicing yoga since 2010 after 2 sports injuries resulted in ACL reconstruction in both knees.
From one passion to the next she has strived to use this practice to help herself with her mental, physical, and emotional health. She hopes that her teachings will help others tap into a deeper part of themselves and ignite a light within to continue guiding them down their life path
