Welcome to our channel! We are a couple of outdoor adventurers who decided to make a dream come true: homesteading off the grid in Alaska on land we work to gently carve into a life full of all the beauty nature has to offer. We just moved up permanently in July of 2025, but after our initial exploration of south central Alaska in 2022, and choosing the perfect piece of remote property to suit our needs, we began the building of that dream in the summer of 2023. We are currently in the process of building a shop with a built-in apartment, but our end-goal is to build a cabin, a garden and some high tunnels. In between, we will also be sharing our hikes, backpacks and other explorations of Alaska's wilderness. We hope you enjoy seeing the progress we make and the surrounding serenity.
