Camping in Buena Vista is gorgeous! It's hot and cold but the river and mountains are worth it, and it's only two hours into the mountains. Buena vista sits in between the Collegiate Peaks in a wide open space, and has a lot of dispersed camping and hiking. We found the Colorado Trail by accident! Fun couple of days :)

These fall out of the usual, but I really enjoy them and wanted to learn how to paint water. They're 10"x10" oil on canvas and I love them.

Stay steady and keep moving forward! This month our studio is going to host an exhibit of our work from the collective studios at RMCAD, it's very cool to hang up the art in a new context!
