The Rule of 100 applies to neuroplasticity, which is the brain’s remarkable ability to adapt and learn throughout our lives. Deliberate practice strengthens the neural connections associated with a particular skill. As we repeat specific tasks with focused attention, these connections become more efficient, leading to improved performance and a reduction in cognitive effort needed to do it.
Think of it like building a new road in our brains. The first time we take a route, it’s slow and requires constant navigation. But with repeated use, the path becomes ingrained, allowing for faster and easier.

Tropical Smoothie
1 cup of water
½ a frozen banana
¼ cup frozen mango
¼ cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach
2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
Blend all in a high speed blender until smooth. Enjoy!
