David N. Jahn a.k.a. Sonny Vargas, born in Zürich, Switzerland is a neo-burlesque impresario, filmmaker and musician based in Prague, Czech Republic. Jahn is best known for his louche MC persona Sonny Vargas and the stage troupe PRAGUE BURLESQUE, which he founded in 2007 and developed into a local institution and international touring company. Before that, David worked for H.R. GIGER, the world-renowned Oscar winning artist from Switzerland. Later he started working on various music and video projects as a director/producer. His most recent production includes the MONSTER CABARET, created for LASVIT, which won the MILAN DESIGN AWARD at the Milan Design Week 2018.
