What do you use to draw and animate?
I use Procreate to draw, it's only on I pads and it's for 10$. If you have an I pad and looking for good drawing app, GET PROCREATE IT'S WORTH IT! I use Flip a Clip for animation! I have Flip a Clip premium, which is 5$
