Mo is my nickname so I thought a play on words was fun. I am a certified Holistic Nutritionist & Health and Wellness Coach. I am available for one on one coaching. Though I focus on food, how and what we eat has everything to do with how we are living our lives so my coaching style includes mind/body/spirit. I am also an ordained minister and counselor through a non-denominational spiritual college, Pathways of Light.
