Hello everyone,
I would like to make it official through this announcement that I am officially retiring from making sports content. Whether or not I will use this channel for something else in the future is still in the air.
I started this channel back in 2017 when I was 15 as a side hobby, and since then it has grown beyond my wildest imagination. I would like to thank everyone who has supported me throughout the years, as I likely would have quit far earlier if it wasn't for you guys.
I have many reasons for retiring that I will now list. I wasn't passionate about making sports videos anymore, I ran low on ideas, I got demonetized channel-wide, and I wasn't getting as many views anymore due to algorithm changes and increased competition. At some point, I felt like this channel was holding me back.
What's next for me? I'm unsure as of yet. I may focus more on my second channel Savage Brick Gaming, though I am still unsure what I will specialize in on that channel.
I am also as of yet unsure if I will keep most of my videos up. I have 675 videos on this channel, most of which contains copyrighted content. If the copyright owners decide to strike down my channel, I will never be allowed to make a new YouTube channel ever again. So I may delete most of my videos except for the very best and most viewed ones to ensure this doesn't happen. In any case, I recommend that everyone watches/downloads my old videos before they're gone.
So for now I will be signing off. Thanks to everyone for your support over the years and I hope you enjoyed my content.
