Recently a guideline came that one should not take protein from NIN. But they did not say so.....! If you keep taking a very high protein diet for a very long time, then there is a risk of .....! People who have an orientation towards it, if they come into the fitness industry.....! If you dont know it then your life cannot be long in the future....! Intro ! . After ten years, every doctor who is on the internet will have to talk about muscles. Even if you get cancer, your muscle mass is not a concern. Cancer patients die because for cachexia. So if you have more muscle mass....people whose cancer survival videos are on the internet, That person is in fitness. sports man who had cancer survived due to their high protein intake , their muscle mass, their muscle nuclei. so if you dont do muscle building you might not live long. people do not know what is a good lifestyle, I eat only home-cooked food. Sir, I eat two rotis in the morning, two rotis in the afternoon and two rotis in the evening. I don't eat anything else, isnt this a good lifestyle. I also walk, this is a good lifestyle... NO ! whe re is your muscle maintenance workout? When was the last time you ran fast? When was the last time you sprinted or you jumped? When did you do sit-ups last? I don't know. So people don't do muscle exercises. Strength building exercises are a must. At least one must do it for 20 minutes, 10 minutes 3 days in the week. Everyone should do it. From children to old people. Do it at your own level. Even the oldest person stands up after sitting on a chair. And he can do it 10 times. You should take support, with rope pedestal, with a Cane. It's a strength building workout.
If he takes protein with it, then it will make a difference. If you want take natural protein, if you want take supplements. Yes the amount of protein in our diet is very less. yes Very less. They say that you have to take 1 gram per kg per day protein. But, we are not able to take it. We are not able to take it, & its really difficult to complete.
Recently a guideline came that one should not take protein from NIN and they said avoid protein supplements because There may be additional ingredients in them. May contain additional sugars. May contain flavoring agents. May contain artificial sweeteners.So it should not be consumed regularly. If you do not need it, you can complete it with natural food...ofcourse So this should be a priority, that you eat with your natural food first, if you still cannot do it, then it is necessary for you, Just like in principle a person should walk anyway, if you cannot walk to your work, then you can buy a cycle, you can buy a scooter, you can buy a car, but you cannot give a guideline that car is bad because it causes obesity like this in the world.. it's foolish!
if some protein supplements are fake then its your job to regulate it.
you should complete 0.8 to 1gm/kg/day protein...for that they gave a diet plan also ., a pyramid has been made, fruits and vegetables have been put in it at the bottom, then after that carbs, earlier carbs used to be at the bottom, in the pyramid there used to be carbohydrates, that you should eat it abundantly as people used to do hard work, people used to walk, people used to be farmers, so for them they needed lots of carbs, people used to eat eighty-eight rotis, in today's date even those two rotis become too much, because you dont have physical activity.. so in today's date fill your stomach with fruits and vegetables, fill it with fruits, fill it with vegetables, after that you take your carbohydrates, You should keep 20-30% of your diet as protein, keep 10%-20% as fats, so protein is important, but what do people do, their stomach is full after eating carbs, vegetables,...after eating two rotis, vegetables & fruits my stomach is full, where did the protein go! ....when they have given examples of diet, in that for protein, either they have added 100 grams of curd, 100-150 grams of paneer, one bowl of dal, if a person takes it in every meal, takes paneer, takes curd, or lentils protein will be complete, but where will we get it in every meal, and who will get it, every person cannot get it, it cannot be found in every meal, so getting protein in every meal, 100-150 grams of high protein food, this is a big thing, so when people will get this knowledge, that eat 100-150 grams of pulses, eat curd, eat paneer, take milk, take buttermilk, eat non veg, eggs Take chicken, 100-150 grams in every meal, eat salad, then eat whatever you want, whether you are eating out - eat like this, then more than half the problem will be solved, people will not become fat at all, or they will become less fat, they will start becoming thin.. so here it is a matter of knowledge, the people who are oriented towards this, they have come into fitness industry, they have made their own industry, that we are fitness, we are nutritionist, we are doctor plus nutritionist plus this plus that, that you must eat protein, and keep less fat in protein, cook it well, and those who are not into this, they think that eating home cooked food is the biggest problem, so this is not the problem of NIN, their problem is, that when you say, that come to that safety level, then they will say that yes brother, there are protein supplements, there are powders, I should avoid them if not requied, it is not wrong, that you should naturally take protein through diet, but if you say that by taking protein supplements, kidney gets damaged or it gets damaged.
