This channel shares fun ways to work on strength, agility, speed, and cognitive thinking for racket sports! I am a certified personal trainer who began learning tennis later in life. It became an addictive sport for me that I am consistently trying to improve at! I was looking for ideas to boost my footwork, eye hand coordination, and power on court through my at home workouts. My goal is to get my daily workout in, while adding tennis balls, moving on angles, getting in split steps, and core and lower body strength. Its a work in progress, like me! :)
