Retropie supreme Ultra has been updated to officially work with the 16gb pi5. It’s in testing. Amazing to me how it hasn’t been out a week and people r claiming it’s fully compatible…… supreme devs spent over 12 hours updating everything as it all had to be done manually. I’ll test some portions of it when I can. Also I was able to max out my pi5 on ram. It used over 15gbs while compiling for ps3. Without proper updating there were performance differences especially in Wii. Video to follow

New supreme ultra bases will be released as part of a Christmas special. “Currently for supporters” Ultra bases 1.3 is definitely out dated. It will still be the most common supreme ultra retropie base for the raspberry pi5. But we’re several integrations ahead of that one. New versions will support attract mode better dolphin integration, wine and much more. A new version will eventually be released publicly. Took a look at batocera 41 on the pi5 today. The reason why you can’t achieve optimal emulation with the other systems is because they have the settings you need to manually change them restricted and prevent you from accessing them yourself. They went with a pre defined metric of settings for the emulators on there build which is prohibited your best experience. So in a sense they gave what you thought you needed instead of making it user defined
