Learning & improving is not something that happens overnight. It takes time & lots of mistakes but fear not because within those mistakes are the most valuable lessons that you can learn.
EVERY artist has hated their own work!
EVERY artist has made the same mistakes!
& EVERY artist has learned as a result, becoming better for it!
So, do not feel defeated when you fail. As frustrating as it may be, rejoice on being one step closer to your goal. One step closer to being a better artist.

The end of the month (& my appointment to see how well I am healing) draws closer - pun intended lol.
So I thought I would show you my metaphorical crutch(es).. That's right! My pencils, pen, eraser, ruler & fine liner. Being creative gets you through any hard times!

CHANNEL UPDATE!
Hello my friends! Firstly, thank you so much to those who have reached out to me privately regarding the surgeries. You know who you are! hehe.
I ham healing really well and the pain is nowhere near as bad now. I should be able to start producing more content very soon but at the moment and for the next few weeks, I will be talking with a lisp because some of my teeth had to be removed. This has affected the way I say the letter S. My lovely wife keeps getting me to say "Sizzling sausages in a saucepan" because she finds it hilarious (It is to be fair but SSHHHHH! Don't tell her I said that lol).
I am aiming to get a music only short out every week until I am able to talk correctly again so watch this space. Until then, I am going to have to be content with doodles in my sketch pad.

CHANNEL UPDATE
So as you are aware. I had surgery booked for the 3rd of April.
That was rearranged for today and I am glad to say the first of 2 surgeries was performed successfully.
I am currently unable to talk correctly but I am overjoyed that it is on it's way to being complete. I should be able to start to talk again soon and then I have the final surgery on the 23rd May.
I will of course keep you all informed as to the progress and because I didn't have chance to pre-record anything, I am going to make sure I create some bitesize tutorials in the form of shorts.
I hope that you can understand and thank you all for your support through this tough time. I massively appreciate it.

CHANNEL UPDATE!
So as most of you will no doubt be aware. I have been waiting for a date to have corrective surgery on my jaw/mouth.
As nerve-racking as it is, I am very eager to get this done & I have just secured confirmation on the date it will be happening. The date in question is the 3rd April.
This is unfortunately going to effect my uploads to the channel. In the short term, I will try to create some videos that I can stagger the release of, so you will not go without the content. The pain will be the worst in the first couple of weeks, after which, I should be able to start posting again. Furthermore to this, in the long-term, my voice will not change but my pronunciation will. No longer will I have a slight lisp. Also, the likelihood is that this will be the first surgery of 2 or 3 depending on how well I heal. I am hoping that I can get it done quickly but as the surgeon stated "Everyone is different. Some men within your age range heal very quickly and some can take a lot longer" so I guess we will just have to wait & see.
I will endure to create more content throughout, even if this means creating alternate content. I will, of course, keep you all updated on the progress throughout.
At this difficult time, I simply ask that you respect the process & I hope I can rely on your understanding.

Sometimes you just have to create!
I have a painting that I did years ago and I wanted to recreate it in Inkscape. This was the result. I know it may be nothing special to most but I loved it back then and now I have digitized it, I still love it now!

I AM FULLY AWARE!!!
I'm fully aware that I say what I am about to say at each milestone,
I'm fully aware that it sounds like an utter cliche to even say the words,
I'm fully aware that people are expected to act surprised but...
...It doesn't stop all the above statements being 100% true!
I have just hit 3,000 SUBSCRIBERS! It's bizarre to me that I even get to type these words out. 3 THOUSAND!
