This channel is all about the food I eat. That's what it always was about. For about 4 years, I delved into the keto world as you can see with some of the videos I've posted, but have since transitioned back to eating all types of foods. I want to focus this channel on showcasing what I cook, and every once in a while, how I cook. My goal is to inspire folks to find foods they are interested in and learn about them, how each ingredient affects the dish. I want people to bounce from my channel to other cooking channels and learn the techniques, not just the recipes. Sometimes you can get an amazing recipe, but if you don't understand the purpose of the ingredients or the techniques involved, that recipe may not yield the desired result. Anyway, Happy Cooking!
