RULES FOR THE JOURNAL AUCTION 17TH AUGUST 2025 - STARTING 7PM UK TIME
1 - All bidding will be in UK Pounds Sterling
Rough Guide: £1 = $1.36 US, £1 = $1.87 CAN, £1 = $2.08 AUS,
£1 = Euro 1.16
2 - I will state a starting price for bidding and will tell you when bidding commences. Bidding lasts for 2 minutes and whoever shows on my screen as the highest bidder will win. If there is a tie then the first person to make the highest bid on my screen will be the winner.
3 - please only state the bid amount in numbers with no other words. It is easier and quicker for you to keep up with the bidding.
4 - No general chat is allowed whilst bidding is taking place please.
5 - 25% non returnable deposit is to be paid to my paypal account directly after the auction show. I will give my paypal me details on the show. Please state your country when paying so I can work out postage costs and make the payment in GBP Great British pounds and not in your own currency. There is normally a drop down box to change the currency when making the payment.
6 - I will contact you the following day via paypal with your final invoice balance. All parcels will be sent as tracked. Please allow some time for your parcel to arrive with you.
7 - I have a minimum amount I wish to sell these journals for. If the minimum is not reached then they wont be sold.
