So this Saturdays video is on Body Horror but I’m also going to be doing another “top ten” horror games list but, what would you guys prefer?
By focused I mean spending time talking about each entry specifically and organising the list properly.
Would you guys prefer it if I took more time between videos so I could do more Essay/Analysis-like videos?
So I'm taking a little break (2-3 weeks) on the editing side of making videos to focus more on writing and recording. For the writing parts, I'm going to be working on loads of different things (I'm really far behind on the reviews) and several of them will be posted in written form on patreon.
I'm also working on a Top 50 list based on a commenter suggestion, I'm going to be working on the jumpscares script and a video on Body Horror, I was thinking of doing longer retrospectives on certain games that I really like (Silent Hill 3, Mundaun) as well. And since The Beginners Guide was so popular, (I am blown away by how popular that was) I'm working on a Part 2.
I've already created a little list of games I'm planning on talking about but it'll be months in the making.
The recording side, oh boy. There's so many games from 2018-2020 to recapture for various videos, I'm going to be very busy for a while.
I already re-recorded Man Of Medan, Narcosis and Haunting Ground though, so I'm working on it!
But yeah, I opened the editor the other day to edit the Carson House video and realised I was doing everything I could to not actually edit, so I decided to stop. Need a break from editing. Anyway thanks for supporting, got some patreon exclusive things coming for those who are kind enough to keep supporting.
So, because it's taking longer to get the videos I wanted to work on done to the level I wanted them, I'll be posting something every two weeks until they're out. The psychological horror video is way more time consuming than I imagined, but also Alone In The Dark came out and I want to get that done. So, this Saturday there's a video on Alan Wake 1, and don't worry I'm already working on Alan Wake 2.
And you can see all the stuff I'm working on, and the stuff that's holding me up, in the update video on the other channel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ahm6G...
Hey guys just letting you all know that I’m going to be missing a few weeks of videos as I work on some bigger one. I’m planning a big video on psychological horror (like the cosmic horror ones I did last year), followed by the video on jump scares (why I asked about jump scares in the past) and finally a horror game starting guide/buying guide to really talk about essential horror games and what’s realistically worth paying money for.
Hope everyone is doing okay and thanks for sticking around.
What would you say is a horror game everyone should experience?
Since I've been off for a month or so, but will be back soon, here's the update for all the things I've been working on (I've recorded games all the way up until March at the moment), the full list is on patreon but I slowly meander my way through this unscripted update and I'll be posting these once a month just to talk about all the things I've been doing!
Seems YouTube is reluctant to let anyone know I made a video, so here is the video I made. Thanks YouTube.

I rate horror games on how good/scary they are. I also do a bunch of random essays on concepts of horror and horror games.
