Poem 1, Broken Waiting :
Right across the street
Up under the light
Where that broken window is
That window will never get fixed
It's a shame too
That spot will always be dirty
Not because people always litter
Or that oil stain wil never wash away
I wonder what happened to that car
Aint seen it in about a week, Oh...well
You see the building with the broken window
Watch how it blocks out the sun
Hmmmm...kinda scary aint it
But Im used to it
I see it everyday
Except that moment
When I turned my back
And she drove away

The cadence of your heartbeat is a song of freedom
Like holy water is the fragrance of your presence
Pleasure kisses fall at your feet as layed down blessing
In the attendance of angels, the thought of you
Comes to me like a dream of love
In the spaces that hide in repetition
