Thanks for watching the first episode of the Forbidden Knowledge Iceberg. My pilot episode requirement was for it to hit 100 views, and since we hit that number episode 2 will be made.
HOWEVER, it will take me some time to draft up my notes and record the entries, especially since its twice as large as tier 1. So there will be some normal stream highlight content in the weeks afterwards. Don't worry, I'm working on it!

14 days. Hours of stuttering issues. Multiple tech support streams.
All for me to finally look inside my case and realize my CPU cooler is dead.
I'm hoping my CPU doesn't mind the pain I've put it through, but I'm thinking we aren't Stage 4 yet. Have an emergency CPU cooler delivery inbound for tomorrow morning. PC Repair Guy stream tomorrow if time allows.
I am almost certain this is the fix.

My computer hard crashed because I tried golf club swinging a dragon in Skyrim VR. Have to wait for the CPU temp to lower before I use it again.
Going to do a grocery store run then come back for Stardew Valley. Easily the funniest ending to a stream of all time though I'm hoping it did not permanently brick my desktop.

Hi all,
As you might have noticed, I've been having some really bad graphics driver issues recently. It seems this most recent 57x.xx wave has caused a bunch of problems, not just for me but for others as well.
While my FPS is stable, my audio in some games stutters to a point where it becomes practically unplayable, and a lack of audio is a big problem for streaming games. It seems to have specifically effected games that get Nvidia Game Ready optimizations, more specifically FFXVI, FF7 Rebirth, GTA V, and Cyberpunk 2077. While the issues for GTA V and 2077 are minor enough to not be too great of an issue, XVI and Rebirth have both been rendered unplayable due to this update, and so I have no choice but to put them on hiatus alongside Bloodborne.
I'm HOPING this error is very temporary. I will be using GTA V and 2077 to monitor the driver update improvements, and there will still be one final episode of Rebirth just in case the drivers are fixed in that time. But since both games are meant to be so cinematic/narrative it seems better to just wait out the errors rather than to struggle through it and have narrative moments be completely ruined.

Very minor but somewhat important change to the way playlists are handled on this channel:
Before, game-related playlists just had the VODs and nothing else. The problem is that if a series is older than one-month, all of its VODs will be members only, rendering the playlist useless to anyone coming in from the playlist (e.g. on Backloggd or thru playlist SEO). So I've decided to get rid of the Highlights playlist and incorporate the free highlights into these game-centric playlists. Now if you want to discover good content on this channel, you just have to find the playlists for the games you're interested in, and filter out the member's only content. I feel like that's better than sorting through the unorganized Highlights list.

Hi everyone,
I'm changing my posting schedule for highlights. Now they'll just come out whenever they're ready, rather than strictly on Saturdays. This is to help shift my time management to more urgent, "profitable" projects rather than spending 5 hours each Friday trying to get a video done. I'll still be chipping away at them daily however, so they'll probably still be done every 1-2 weeks depending on the amount of VODs I have to sift through (and my free time).
Streams aren't affected by this as I've already dialed them back earlier in the month

I hid the Modded Teardown stream since I accidentally live-mic'd my maintenance coming in. Nothing particularly embarrassing or career ruining but it does make for a rather awkward and short VOD. But just like the Bloodborne and FFXVI technical difficulties it will still be eligible for the highlight reel if anything was funny enough in it.
