We baked up a special treat with a whole lot of history: Soul Cakes! ✨
These little spiced cakes (with cinnamon, nutmeg, and all the cozy fall flavors) aren’t just yummy they’re part of an ancient Catholic tradition. Long ago, people would go door to door on All Hallows’ Eve, offering prayers for the dead in exchange for soul cakes. It was basically the OG trick-or-treating! 🎃🍪
We used the Catholic Kids Cookbook from Word on Fire, and the recipe was so simple that you can easily make it at home with your kids. It’s a hands-on way to live liturgically, pray for the souls in purgatory, and bring the meaning of All Souls’ Day to life in your own kitchen.

This Campfire Saint Story is one of our spookiest yet and perfect for an October campfire!
Father Tim is back at the campfire to tell the eerie true story of St. Macarius, a holy monk who left the world behind to live in the desert. One blazing day, he stumbled across something half-buried in the sand… a skull that spoke to him!
The skull revealed the suffering of souls who had turned away from God and how St. Macarius’ prayers brought them mercy. It’s a story that’s both spine-tingling and deeply moving, reminding us why praying for souls matters so much.
🔥 Cozy up for a mix of spooky storytelling and powerful faith!

This week, Father Tim and the kids gather ‘round the fire to tell the chilling tale of St. Anthony of Padua and the mystery of the missing heart. Kids will discover why St. Anthony is the patron saint of lost things—and how he reminds us to keep our own hearts set on Jesus.
✨ Perfect for Catholic families, classrooms, and young campers who love a faith-filled story with a spooky twist.
👉 And don’t forget: subscribe to Spirit Juice Kids for more saint stories, prayers, and adventures in faith!

👩🍳 In the video, we’ll:
Share the story of St. Michael and the blackberry bush
Bake a crumble that your whole family can enjoy
Show how living liturgically can be simple, fun, and yummy
So grab your kids, some blackberries, and join us in the kitchen as we pray, bake, and celebrate this awesome feast day together.

Amazing things are happening in the Church right now—two incredible young people, Pier Giorgio Frassati and Carlo Acutis, have been canonized! 🙌 But how does someone actually become a saint?
To find out, Father Tim is joining us for a brand-new episode where we play The Sainthood Game. With a little board game fun (and even a “mini Father Tim” 😄), we’ll walk through each step on the path to sainthood:
✨ Servant of God
✨ Venerable
✨ Blessed
✨ Saint!
Along the way, we’ll learn the simple but powerful things saints did every day—like praying, going to Mass, loving others, and following Jesus with their whole hearts.

It’s time for a better way to pass on the Catholic faith and engage our youngest generation.
Juice Box is a new online children’s show and YouTube channel designed to entertain kids and grown-ups alike while teaching the Catholic faith. This is a safe YouTube channel that you can finally feel good about your kids watching.
Juice Box was created and produced by Spirit Juice Studios, an Emmy Award-winning Catholic production firm that has specialized in passionate storytelling, documentary filmmaking, and digital content for Catholic evangelization for more than 15 years. Many of us on the team are parents ourselves, striving to raise our kids in the Church. Confronted with the lack of compelling online Catholic children’s content, we realized that we are uniquely equipped to help solve this problem!
