Current form. Without training, the painting will not work.
4 working approaches of deadlift 120 kg were performed - 8,7,6,6 repetitions.
Also some exercises for biceps. And a few failure approaches of barbell chin-ups with a wide grip and a slight incline. On the muscles of the upper back and a little delta.

We were able to train with my son for two months. Unfortunately, the war made it so that now there is a great distance between us and it will probably remain so until the end of the war. Many years together are simply lost, they did not happen and will not happen. He is 16. And while training on his own, he has already bench pressed more than 90 kg at a time with his own weight of 75 kg.

A short review of another figurine from Panzerart (Poland).

panzerart.pl/

Swiss halberdier from the mid-15th century. 75mm. Resin. 3D sculptor - Vladimir Sychev.

The rigid, thick cardboard packaging is probably the most durable packaging I've seen for figures. This box will also serve you for storing something

Foam rubber and a bag with parts inside. Excellent quality casting. Simply one of the best castings I've ever seen. Some small details are given in printouts.

Vladimir Sychev is one of the best 3D sculptors of historical miniatures in the world. His chain mail is always assembled onto models in a special way from individual rings. Oleg Pogosyan does the same. They both, unlike many, do not use ready-made textures that stretch over the figure like a sweater, and do not look like knitted threads... Real and fine weave with realistic sagging of heavy metal fabric and realistic folds in the right places.

Also, all the details, in my opinion, are extremely historical. This is great.

Greetings friends!! From time to time, videos that I made for my Patreon are published on my YouTube channel. Much less often and with a delay of a year or more. There are many more videos on Patreon, as well as PDF materials and step-by-step photos of the works.
The third part of the video on painting a centurion from Alexandros Models. This time we go further - painting a red cloak, fringes on the hem of the cloak and a pattern along the edge of the cloak using the example of one repeating element. www.patreon.com/Sergey_Popovichenko/posts...
