The California Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce is 1 of 11 recipients of grant funds from the US Department of Transportation (DOT) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) to host the Southwest Region Small Business Transportation Resource Center (SBTRC). Our center assists small businesses in the state of Arizona, California, Hawaii, and Nevada. The mission of the SBTRC is to provide technical assistance services to the small and disadvantaged communities to increase the number of small businesses that are prepared to compete for and enter into transportation-related contracts.
