With a keen interest in real estate, he has studied and passed the Real Estate Salesperson Examination, and continued to keep abreast of the changes and opportunities. He provides relevant real estate advice and discusses openly & candidly with his clients on their budgets, preferences and concerns. He utilises technology and equipment to increase the exposure of properties (for selling), gather essential information of properties (for buying) and facilitate the analysis and decision making process with his clients.
