This channel is for athletes and active individuals who are interested in how to best train and eat to support endurance training and performance. I post one video a month (around the 1st of each month) reviewing research on various training and nutrition topics.
I have a doctorate in Sports Science and have worked as a physiologist at the US Olympic Training Center and with senior executives at the Center for Creative Leadership. In addition to having a passion for endurance sports and what it takes to improve as an athlete, I am a student of nutrition and its effects on health and performance. I am a competitive endurance athlete (going on for 30 years) and have competed in single and multi-day mountain bike, Ironman, Xterra and nordic ski races and have a number of age-group world and national titles in those disciplines.
