Yesterday I had a seizure that lasted for an unbelievable 2.5 hours. The sheer length and intensity of it was unlike anything I've ever faced. As the minutes turned into hours, the only comfort I had was my head in Maria’s lap and hearing the kids playing in the other room. Fear and uncertainty of what this was filled my mind wondering if it was the end. Each moment felt endless, a stark reminder of the fragility of health and the unpredictability of my journey. yet it's also become a catalyst for an even stronger resolve to overcome and move forward.

Tomorrow is my 36 birthday, it’s also the day I get my biopsy results from the brain surgery I had on Valentine’s Day.
Through out my cancer journey, I’ve kept puppetry and being a maker as mental and physical therapy, which has helped immensely.
The results for tomorrow will be hard to hear, we have an idea of what to expect tomorrow, which is why we knew I needed the surgery in the first place.
Could use some joy tomorrow.
