I GRADUATED!! We hit 1K subscribers!! š„³š„³
A few months ago, I got my Double Mastersā Degrees in the European Master in Translational Cosmetic and Dermatological Sciences as an ERASMUS+ Scholar and I couldnāt be any happier than I was that day- it was also my birthday.
2 years of work and 3 years of hope went into it and Iām eternally grateful for it.
My goal was to get monetized here on YouTube and also hit 1k subscribers by the end of 2023 and although Iām not close to the monetization watch time (still around 1840/ 4000) hitting 1k made me see that there are possibilities and I can achieve this.
So now, we pray and work for 2024!!

Sunday Update Week 5:
Thank you for 900 Subscribers!! š Cheers to more. Celebrating with my favorite Italian cookies (on the second slide.)
I really want to hit 1K subscribers and 2K watch hours this year, so if you havenāt subscribed, please do.

Sunday Update: Week 4 š„³š„³
It is getting SO cold in Milan. This is my 3rd European Fall/ Winter.
I remember the first day the weather flipped in Novara, Italy in 2021. I had never witnessed sub-15Ā°C temperatures before and it seemed like something I could never get used to.
I didnāt want to go out, didnāt know how to dress to protect myself so I was freezing. Didnāt know nothing.
2 years later, itās currently 10Ā°C and even though itās cold, I know how to move around now. Pelumi bought me a heating fan to supplement my buildingās heating.
The weather doesnāt deter me as much as it used to.I have mostly learned how to dress to protect myself.
The lesson I realized that I learnt this week is- I WILL ADJUST. You will adjust.
We are more flexible than we think.
We are stronger than we think.
The past 2 months have had me feeling like I am stagnant- like I have lost my flexibility.
So this weather change was a good reminder that I have made progress and I will continue to make progress.
Same goes for you. I am reminding you that you are flexible. You are making progress.
Sometimes the only way through is through. Keep moving through. It gets better. ā¤ļø

Sunday Update 3!
November is already the best month of 2023 because two of my sister friends gave birth safely this week.
We are so thankful to God and these pictures are my moodddd.
Unfortunately, I still could not edit the video that was supposed to go up this week but I will definitely share this week.
I need to work on consistency- mostly for myself. No matter the views, I need to show up for myself first.
Iām considering making Sunday Updates something kind of different from next week.
As a 29-year old, it makes me nervous because it involves more vulnerability, but I will do it still. š¤š½

Sunday Update! Week 2
I went to church today and I donāt know why but I opened TikTok (thatās wrong, I know) smack in the middle of the service and my fyp immediately gave me Matthew Perry.
The man who shared his life so vulnerably.
The man who brought us Chandler Bing and the youngest and MY favorite Friend isā¦ gone.
I felt this one. I donāt know him but it reminds me of how much impact people can have in peopleās lives from afar.
It also reminded me that we are getting older. I know itās normal but it feels so much heavier whenever someone passes on.
Throughout today, heās been on my mind. It just felt so jarring. So unexpected.
I donāt know mahn. It just hurts so much.
For the rest of the day, I made fried rice which tastes wonderful but the texture of the rice I bought today is not what I want- and I bought a 5kg bag. I have no clue what I would do with the rest of it.
I attended Italian class and bought stopped by a bookshop where I surprisingly found an English book ā¬1 pile.
Now Iām cleaning my room and the kitchen because itās a new week, you know.
