Im sorry I've been gone so much this month! I've been really focusing on quality of life like improving sleep, cleanliness, and relationships with everyone.
I just needed a quick restoration before I can go full force back into youtube.
MY GOAL:
Put out two full length videos this month, and 4 shorts.

Or I will make another video on my personal neon srt4. Probably going to be the neon tbh.

Trying to balance work and making content is the hardest thing I've ever had to do...

I purposely am unemployed so I can work my own hours and focus on youtube, but the fact of the matter is to make even minimum wage I gotta work so much harder and leaves me with less time.
But I also get the gift to record the things I do such as this Honda civic si that I bought that has a bad timing Chain
I have over 50 man hours into this civic this week alone, and I'm still not done with it yet. Just to make a 40-50 second youtube short, and to make 800$ "flipping" the car irl.
These are the realities of starting the "youtube dream career" that no one warns you about.
Unless you are a documenty channel or something free to make like that, it's not as easy as it seems. Now sure it is definitely easy for some people, but when you are trying to slowly work your way to success.
I still don't make a dime off these videos and won't for a while at this rate.
Things I'm gonna change
Longer long form videos.
I have a few long form videos I already filmed and mostly edited but they are so condensed to just the meat. they are like 5 minutes again like the last video.
Alot of feed back I've gotten are you want longer videos. And longer videos do better on the new algorithm.
Im gonna restart the editing and scripting of the new videos I already edited and make sure to leave more in there to stretch it to like 10-20 minutes. But not stretch as boring but just a different type of editing, less produced and more personality.
And shorts I don't really know what else to change on shorts. I know I should ride the wave of my 1 million view short but like what else can I physically do with that 😭🤣
