Calvinists erroneously establish themselves as the default biblical historical orthodox position and blast anyone who disagrees as "Pelagian Arminian heretics". The reality is Calvinism is Gnostic heresy brought into the church by Augustine and spread by Luther and Calvin. The debate on free will and natural ability has gone on since the first century. Gnosticism taught total depravity, total inability, fatalism, theistic determinism, denial of free will, and the other unscriptural heresies of Calvinism that are not the scriptural or historic teachings on free will, original sin, and natural ability.
