Phil Capanelli is a renowned self-taught guitarist hailing from New York. His love for music was sparked by watching the classic live Led Zeppelin film "The Song Remains the Same," and Cream's live "Farewell Concert Flim" and since then, he has dedicated his life to mastering his craft. As a member of the bands In Stride and The Yellow Jacks, Phil has made a name for himself in the music scene, and his previous tenure in Rude Mood only solidified his reputation as a talented musician.
Phil's guitar playing is heavily influenced by legendary guitarists such as Jimmy Page, David Gilmour, Mick Taylor, Richie Blackmoore, Robby Krieger, SRV and Eric Clapton among many others. Phil Capanelli seamlessly blends elements of blues and rock to create a unique and powerful sound. He is a passionate and dedicated musician who is constantly pushing the boundaries of his art and seeking new ways to express himself through music.
