Ever think about being FEARLESS??
Sounds intoxicating right....
Who wouldn't want to be fearless??!!
BUT how many of us are too busy putting everyone else's comfort and happiness before our own??
I used to do this!! It's such a painful pattern....
I'd be in situations that I felt I had to say something....but I just couldnt...
I had NO Voice!!
Sometimes Id be frozen in fear and confusion b/c I didnt like something but I had no idea what to say....
until 5 hours later and I couldnt sleep b/c I was thinking of the 500 things I should have said.... that now I was beating myself up with!!
So after people pleasing my entire life and struggling to speak up, I finally figured it all out and Id love to help others find their voice and speak their truth!
It took me 20 years but I can confidently say that expressing yourself, your wants, needs, and boundaries (what you dont want and your limits) IS SOO KEY to being calm and happy (FOR REAL!)....
The Truth is that if we are not Valuing Ourselves there no way in hell that we could ever possibly speak up, say your truth, say no, or express yourself!!
Ill teach you how to value yourself so much that you can speak up and express your truth FEARLESSLY!!!
