Starting May 2025, theMSguide (Dominic) embarks on an extraordinary journey—a coast-to-coast 8,000 km cycling expedition across Canada with the ambitious goal of raising $1 million for MS Brain Health initiatives. This epic ride symbolizes resilience, determination, and the power of community, aiming to transform the lives of people living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

Empowering patients through knowledge to achieve the best outcomes possible with their MS. The aim is to educate and inform, not persuade. I was diagnosed in 1994, am on my fifth DMT and talk with many different MS patients from around the world about their MS experiences.

I'll also talk to experts to get understandable and relatable information for us, the patient community.
