About
Zahoor is an artist, singer and songwriter currently living in Lahore and is originally from Mardan Pakistan.
Emerging from a very strong Pashtoon ethnic background, Zahoor’s music is undoubtedly inspired by his surroundings. His music taste gave new artistic possibilities to Pashto language and the music landscape of his region.
Having aim to introduce fresh beats to Pakistani music surface, Zahoor released his first single in Pashto R&B, and became Pashto R&B and Modern pop pioneer.
Although remaining true to his ethnic roots, Zahoor is trying to experiment Pashto language and local ethnicities in Modern Afro-pop, R&B, Bossanova, Lo-fi Hiphop and Modern pop.
He is an Architect by profession.
