Apologies for the long silence! I've been keeping the Discord updated but I thought it high time to post up here as well.
I have been sick! Very sick in fact. I've had a bad leg infection for going on 3 weeks now - and to make matters worse, the original antibiotic I was prescribed began to give me hives and cause other allergy-like symptoms. In the end, I had to go in to the hospital for new antibiotics as well as anti-allergy treatment.
Thankfully I am home again now with new antibiotics and my recovery is going well. I don't have an *exact* ETA on my return to streaming, but my treatment is slated to be over by the end of the coming weekend, so with luck I'll be all healed up and ready to go by Monday.
Keep those fingers crossed!

I hate to say this, but I think I'm going to need to postpone the Sleeplocke. And probably take at least a couple days off this week as well?
I think I'm at the beginning stages of an ear infection - with this heat and all the extra streaming lately, I've had my headset on for *hours* longer than I normally do, and I didn't realize how that can put you at risk for ear infections.
Now I don't think it's anything serious, my ears are just a little sore and I can feel it when I drink, so I know it's some kind of sinus involvement. But this is the kind of thing you don't take chances with, so I'm going to take my headset off completely for at least the rest of today and keep tabs on the situation. If it doesn't start to improve in a hurry, I'll go in to get it checked out.
Really sorry for the delay on the Sleeplocke and the hold up on our usual streams. Felt like we were in a really good groove the past couple weeks, I didn't expect something like this to come along and mess it up on us. -_-

Looks like we're having ourselves a Pokemon Randomized Sleeplocke on Sunday (and into Monday) for Canada Day! Woo!
But... which game shall we test ourselves against? We could return to Gen 4 to try to redeem ourselves for past defeats - or return to Gen 5, where we've done well in the past... All good options!
But I'll also throw in a fifth option. The Doomed Run. One we've attempted before (as a regular Nuzlocke) and failed. Miserably. Multiple times. The only catch (other than that it's really, REALLY hard...) is that it is *literally* impossible to Sleeplocke, you'd probably make yourself sick trying. So *IF* this madness is chosen... I will still sink in a good 24 hour effort, it will be a long, LONG stream, but even I'm crazy enough to actually try to beat this monster in one sitting. (And seriously, if you pick this, you better show up and be there to cheer me on, 'cuz otherwise that's just mean. xD)
And hey, if you want to save the Doomed Option for a future regular Nuzlocke, that's cool too. Just vote for the Sleeplocke game of your choice and leave a comment mentioning you'd want to see the Doomed Option later!

So as some of you know, I've been wanting to do a Pokemon Sleeplocke for a while now. Mostly because it's been quite a bit since our last one. But between moving and my sleep issues and all of that, it hasn't felt suuuuper practical.
But things have finally settled on the moving-in front and I *think* there's at least some hope in the sleep department (yay coffee?) and I'd like to give it a try.
Since Canada Day is coming up fast (the 1st of July!), this marks a pretty decent event to line up with, buuuut it's a Monday. So, here are a few options for you to consider!

Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree is roughly TWO WEEKS away! Ack! Everything I've heard about the DLC suggests it is going to be a pretty involved one - while the landmass is only about the same size as Limgrave, it is apparently intricately designed with a lot of exploration intended, so it won't be a quick one-stream adventure.
And while it isn't *confirmed*, it's been suggested that the DLC area may have some new method of leveling up, so our relative strength outside the area may not matter - BUT you DO need to get TO the area, which requires mid-game levels at minimum it sounds like.
SO... what should we do to prepare for this arduous mission?

Noticed there's been a new update to Bloons TD6 - and a new hero, Rosalia!
Would a stream to check out the new hero and her abilities be something y'all would enjoy on top of/instead of Hades 2 today?

We've got two or three gaps in the schedule coming up, so it's time for another "tell me what you think" type poll! I may throw an additional poll up during streams this week as well, so be sure to pop in to have your say!

OH, and also - next month is our channel *and* stream anniversary, and I'd like your ideas on what we should do for that! Maybe a Sleeplocke!? It's been a while...

Ooooookay! First off, still alive! Yay!
Really sorry for basically vanishing for a couple weeks there. Was in a really lousy headspace and fell into a rut aaaand it was a whole thing.
But I've been feeling much better the past few days and am nearly 100% again after getting off the medication I had been taking, so it is time to get my butt back into streaming mode!

Spinalcraft is launching a new server, which will (gradually) introduce some new elements, including RPG/MMO type things. That's pretty neat!
