At this year’s festival, we’re proud to continue prioritise dancer health with support from industry leaders in physiotherapy, sports therapy, and injury prevention.
We're excited to have One Dance UK, NIDMS and Project Breakalign offering physiotherapy, sports massage therapy and a Project Breakalign workshop on ‘Creative techniques' taught by Gavin Vincent at our festival on Sunday 4 May.
🗓️ On Sunday 4 May, we’re teaming up with One Dance UK, NIDMS, and Project Breakalign to offer:
✔️ Physiotherapy
✔️ Sports massage therapy
✔️ A Project Breakalign workshop on Creative Techniques, led by Gavin Vincent 🙌
Project Breakalign has been leading global research since 2013 into injury prevention for hip hop dancers and breakers—because staying healthy means staying in the game.
One Dance UK is all about building a stronger, more inclusive dance sector, with expert support from their partners at NIDMS, who provide healthcare tailored for dancers across the UK.
