Have you ever noticed how quickly we go from praying for a job to dreading Mondays, from dreaming of a home to wanting a bigger one, or from longing for children to complaining about the noise? It's amazing how our perspective can turn blessings into burdens when we let comparisons or complaints creep in.

It all comes down to perspective, which is shaped by who and what we let speak into our lives. Want to reset your perspective? Try this:

• Start a "faithfulness list" of ways God has shown up in your life. Big or small, write them all down. Keep adding to it - you'll be amazed at what you remember.

• Create a rhythm of gratitude by thanking God each morning for something you usually take for granted.

• Intentionally surround yourself with people who help you see blessings instead of burdens. Their gratitude will strengthen yours.

When we silence the whispers of "not enough" and lean into God's truth about our lives, we start seeing our everyday blessings with fresh eyes.

The loss of a loved one introduces a deep pain to our lives that won't disappear this side of eternity. But that pain doesn't have to define or control you.

We have compiled a free workbook to help you deal with your grief. Download it at seacoast.org/grief.

It's easy to think you have it all under control until life throws something at you that you cannot handle on your own. If you're in one of those moments, we are here to pray with you. God can turn things around! We've seen health issues cured; marriages saved, families restored, lives changed, addictions broken, trauma healed, and so much more.

Even if you don't think you have the faith, that's ok. We've got enough for you.

During the last two songs of every service, our team is available to pray for you. If you are going through a difficult situation, please don't leave without getting prayer.

For locations and service times, visit seacoast.org/locations.

Don’t put your confidence in powerful people;
there is no help for you there.
When they breathe their last, they return to the earth,
and all their plans die with them.
But joyful are those who have the God of Israel as their helper,
whose hope is in the Lord their God.
He made heaven and earth,
the sea, and everything in them.
He keeps every promise forever.

Psalm 146:3-6 NLT
